Judith and I were at the Oxford clinical school together (She came across from Cambridge for her clinical training). After being House Officers in different cities, we shared a rather manky flat - and a great deal of humour - on the Addenbrooke’s campus when we started Senior House Officer (SHO) posts in Cambridge.  We last met up when she and Mike came over to ours in Cambridgeshire for a lovely summer lunch in the garden in 2022.
Judy was extremely bright, curious, caring and funny.   Over the last year, I have been in awe of her calm bravery and her ability to communicate so positively (through WhatsApp) with her friends!
Judy’s passing is a great sadness.  We will hold her in our hearts.
